4. Intellectual Property

All original custom CSS systems, JS utility files, platform configurations, layouts, and brand logos are the exclusive intellectual property of ToolForYou. Product logos and names representing third-party portals (such as Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or WhatsApp) are the property of their respective trademark owners, as detailed in our Disclaimer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")

THE PLATFORM AND ALL UTILITY COMPONENT CODES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
